Service handling

1. Please download the return form.
2. Fill out the basic data for the complaint.
3. Send the return form and proof of purchase by e-mail.
4. You automatically receive an e-mail with your transaction number e.g. CS12345
5. Please pack the rechargeable battery acc. Packaging instructions (dangerous goods class 9). For pick-ups from EU third countries, special policies apply, as shown in the "Return Guide".
6. Pick up by BMZ logistics partner. The pick-up can be done if the points 3 & 5 have been fully observed.
7. Diagnosis, error analysis, repair and final inspection. For returns outside the warranty, you will receive a detailed estimate from BMZ for release.
